

GREX World Congress organises a technical workshop to bring together SMEs and professionals of the industrial-technological sector
Under the title “The impact for artificial intelligence in SMEs: Instruments for funding and success cases” this meeting will be held on 30 March at IFEMA MADRID.
GREX World Congress, Europe's leading event for the convergence of enabling technologies for the digitisation of industry and business, organised by Disruptivo Shows Group and IFEMA MADRID, is launching this conference, promoted by the Community of Madrid, with the aim of connecting professionals in this sector to show the importance of AI in SMEs.
This meeting, which will be held at IFEMA MADRID on Thursday 30 March between 10 am and 2 pm is promoted by the Regional Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, the Directorate General for Economic and Industrial Promotion and the Directorate General for the Self-Employed and Entrepreneurship, all of them from the Community of Madrid.
The programme will begin with the institutional opening ceremony by Mar Paños Arriba, Director General of Economic and Industrial Promotion of the Regional Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid. It will be followed by a presentation by Nuria Ávalos, director of IndesIA, an association created to promote the use of data and Artificial Intelligence in companies and SMEs in Spanish industry. Following this speech, Pablo Fernandez, ABB's General Industry Sales Manager will share his knowledge in the area of robotisation with machine vision and its digital twin. During his speech, he will present practise and real cases that demonstrate how these technologies are revolutionising the industry and improving the efficiency in productive processes.
This will be followed by Eduardo Gómez de Tostón, CEO of Alisys, who will address the integration of artificial intelligence through his success story "060: the power of artificial intelligence in improving citizen services". Afterwards, the professionals will receive information on the different financing programmes for the digitalisation of industrial SMEs and the transformation of employees, as well as on the different grants available to entrepreneurs and the self-employed.
The final part of the day will feature the presentation of a story of success by Eselec, an engineering company in the energy sector, specialising in comprehensive services for power generation plants and substations, which is part of IndesIA, and will end with the conclusions and institutional closing ceremony.

The next edition of GREX World Congress already has a date, it will be held on 4 and 5 October at IFEMA MADRID and will become the meeting point for the main companies shaping the technological future through artificial intelligence, robotics, IoT, XR and industrial metaverse, among other technologies.
