Organising an event

To organise an event at IFEMA MADRID, fill in the following form https://www.ifema.es/en/organise-event/conventions-congresses/contact and we will contact you to provide tailored advice.

Attending an event: passes and tickets

For professional events, all information is available on the Professional Registration page of each fair. To register, you must create an IFEMA MADRID account and follow the registration steps.

Once the process and payment are complete, you can download your pass.

For public events, all information about ticket purchase is available on the Tickets page of each fair.

To access a professional fair, you must be a sector professional and complete the registration.

Public fairs are open to the general public; a ticket purchase is required.

Some mixed fairs have designated days for professionals and days for the general public.

Invitations are provided by an exhibitor, who must generate it from Expo Zone. Once you have your code, you can redeem it during registration.

Exhibiting at an IFEMA MADRID event

Once the process and payment are complete, you can download your pass.

For public events, all information about ticket purchase is available on the Tickets page of each fair.

To participate in the fair, you must submit the Participation form on the page of each event. We will then contact you to provide personalised advice. If you have questions or want prior advice, you can contact the fair directly on the Contact page, selecting the I Want to Exhibit option.

Liveconnect is the event’s digital platform for networking and content before, during, and after the fair.

On Liveconnect you can discover exhibitors, activities, and presentations in one place. You can network intelligently, identify leads, chat, and schedule in-person and virtual meetings. As an exhibitor, you can also manage your digital visibility at the event.

Services for exhibitors

In the Shop IFEMA MADRID section you will find all products and services available for your stand. You can access it from the event website or from Expo Zone. Services are grouped by categories: Stand assembly, Technical installations, Stand equipment, Official Services and Partners.

For tools, lighting, paint, plumbing, cleaning, etc., go to Saltoki (next to Pavilion 3).

To obtain your registration or parking invoice, fill in the contact form selecting the corresponding option in each case.

Venue and access

IFEMA MADRID is located at Av. del Partenón, 5 – 28042 Madrid (Spain). The main entrances are South Gate and North Gate.

  • Metro: Line 8 (station *Feria de Madrid*) – South entrance.
  • Bus: 73, 112, 122, and 828.
  • Taxi: Stops at South Gate and North Gate.
  • Car: M40 (exits 5–7), M11 (exits 5 and 7), and A2 (exit 7).

You will find an online “reduced mobility access” form on the website (How to get there section). Make sure to fill it in 48 hours in advance, indicating license plate, date/time, and event.
Wheelchair or electric scooter reservations are subject to availability. Contact [email protected] (confirmation by email). Tel.: 91 722 51 26. Manual wheelchairs are free of charge.

For exhibitors, they are available in Expo Zone > Documents of interest. For professional visitors, the link will be sent in the registration confirmation email.

In any case, check the conditions on each event’s website.

In professional fairs, it is allowed but not recommended to attend with minors as it is a professional environment. Those over 16 must complete and pay for professional registration.
In public fairs, minors are allowed. Check rates and conditions on each event’s website.
 

Entry with animals is prohibited, except as established by current legal regulations, particularly assistance dogs or, where applicable, those established by IFEMA MADRID according to the event.
In events related to animals, animals exhibited or participating in competitions must be registered and comply with event rules.

If you are a journalist and need a press accreditation, you can obtain it in the Press Room page within each fair.

Car parks are located around the entire venue and in the Municipal Palace. They are identified by colour (yellow, violet, brown, red, green, orange). Check rates at https://www.ifema.es/en/services/parking

Cloakrooms are located at the entrances of each pavilion (pavilions 9 and 10 use North Gate Cloakroom, floor −1). They open 30 minutes before the event and close 1 hour after the event ends.
You can leave suitcases, clothing, umbrellas, motorcycle helmets. Devices with batteries such as electric scooters are not allowed due to fire risk.

The IFEMA MADRID Business Center is on the 1st floor between pavilions 7 and 9. Opening hours depend on the event; check if your fair will have it.
Services include: meeting rooms, internet, catering, TV, rest areas, reprography.
