This Privacy Policy is applicable to the processing of Personal Data that you provide to IFEMA by any means, either through the Website (, when you contract a service with the Institution as a Fair Exhibitor or when accessing the fair complex as a Visitor to a fair, among other cases.

This Website offers the possibility of registering as an Exhibitor, pre-registering at fairs and events as a Visitor, contracting services, attending events, requesting information, participating in activities, etc., for which the User must complete the questionnaires provided indicating the necessary data for the management thereof. In addition, we inform you that, although filling in the forms is voluntary, sometimes it may be necessary to register for certain events or activities.

In the event that there is a contractual relationship or the reason for the relationship is to manage the registration of the User in a contest or event, it is necessary that you provide us with your personal data, since, otherwise, we could not fulfil the obligations derived from the service or other legal responsibilities to which IFEMA is subject.

The purpose of such processing answers the question as to what the data controller is going to use your personal data for, and the legitimation thereof informs us about the legal basis allowing us to process your data lawfully and in accordance with data protection regulations.

Except for the cases cited, IFEMA will not communicate to third parties the personal data collected, unless required by public and/or judicial administrations or in compliance with a legal obligation.

We inform you that IFEMA sometimes makes international transfers to recipients established in countries outside the European Economic Area (that is, the countries of the European Union plus Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway).
Specifically, your data may be communicated to our processing managers and IFEMA Offices assigned to the country of origin of the visitor or exhibitor, which you can consult by visiting the “IFEMA International” space on our website. To cite but one example, IFEMA has representatives of the Institution in the following countries: Algeria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bhutan, Chile, China, Colombia, South Korea, Guatemala, Hong Kong, San Marino, Japan, India, Morocco, Mexico, Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tunisia, and Turkey.
