ACCIONA AGUA WILL PRESENT ITS LATEST TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS IN THE 1ST EDITION OF THE SIGA FAIR IN MADRID

ACCIONA Agua will take part in the first edition of SIGA, the Trade Fair for Innovative Water Management Solutions, a specialist event in water technology that has been created with the aim of becoming an international benchmark for the sector. It will be held in IFEMA, Madrid, from 28 February to 3 March 2017.

During the fair ACCIONA Agua will present a selection of the projects it is carrying out worldwide that are making the company a reference point in innovation and technological capability in the water sector. It will also participate in the fair’s technical seminar program by organizing a series of sessions on new technologies applied to water.

ACCIONA Agua’s stand will be located at the entrance to the exhibition area, in stand 3D17, and will be a point of reference and encounter for professionals attending the event. It will have an area to discuss, present and share points of view on the latest developments in the sector. 

As well as being home to workshops and meetings during the event, ACCIONA Agua’s stand will have an innovative virtual reality application that will allow visitors to travel to Australia to gain first-hand knowledge of the desalination plant operated by the company in Adelaide. 

This first edition of the SIGA Fair, which will be held every two years, will focus on the latest developments in the water technology sector and the main challenges related to the integral water cycle. Special emphasis will be made on integrated solutions for urban water supply and sanitation systems and the use of water in industry.

With the aim of encouraging exchanges between sector professionals and facilitating new business opportunities, the event will have a permanent exhibition area for the duration and a parallel program of seminars focused on the impact of new technologies applied to the water sector.
