Assembly Rules

• Before commencing assembly of your stand, we recommend that you:

• Read the General Assembly Rules and the Specific Rules of the Event

  Assembly Rules in Halls 

• Assembly Rules in Convention Centres and Rooms 
• Deliver the decoration project to the Technical Department, a month before assembly starts.
  
  - Two-storey stands. The project must be accompanied by detailed plans signed by a certified senior technician and revised by the corresponding association in Madrid.  (project certificate and construction management certificate).
• Keep up with payments of assembly rights as this is obligatory, (Servifema).
• Complete the Protocol of Labour Risk Prevention (coordination of business activities) and deliver it to the Technical Department, Exhibitor Care or the Hall Manager.
