At the foot of the Pyrenees, at Pirenaica del Jamón we produce our hams and sausages combining tradition with the latest technology. We are specialists in the production of Duroc ham, Serrano ham, Serrano shoulder and cured meats.

We work with quality raw material, taking care of all the stages of the process and in its completion, selecting piece by piece the hams that are in the best conditions for our customers. 
We have the IFS and BRC Food Safety Certifications and all our ham is produced under the ETG. In addition, we are increasingly present in markets such as France, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands and Germany in Europe and Mexico and Chile on other continents.
