Anuga Select Ibérica: the great meeting point where the foods of the future come together in Madrid

From 16 to 18 February 2027, Anuga Select Ibérica will bring together the main players in the food and beverage industry on the Iberian Peninsula.
Anuga Select Ibérica, the new benchmark trade fair for the food, beverage and gastronomy industry in the Iberian Peninsula, is beginning to take shape. This innovative project, the result of an alliance between two of the main European trade fair players, IFEMA MADRID and Koelnmesse, invites producers, distributors, auxiliary industry, institutions and organisations linked to these sectors to participate in the first edition of the fair, which is being held in Madrid from 16 to 18 February 2027.
Anuga Select Ibérica is set to be a key meeting point for companies from Spain, Portugal and international markets interested in expanding their business, discovering emerging trends and strengthening business cooperation networks. The event’s strategic location in Madrid will take advantage of the Iberian Peninsula's geographical position as a bridge between Europe, Latin America and North Africa, thus consolidating the industry's export potential.
