PEFRÁN presents its new Iberian cold meat with black garlic, truffle and quinoa

Pefrán offers four new flavours in its 'Pefrán Innova' line of Iberian products: Iberian Chorizo with Black Garlic, Truffled Iberian Salchichón and two other types of Chorizo and Salchichón with Real Quinoa from Eco Cultivation.

The Salamancan company, located in the town of Santibáñez de Béjar, will present these gastronomic innovations at its stand at Meat Attraction, from 6 to 8 March. Pefrán's Iberian products will be available to trade visitors at stand 4C15, in the exhibition area of the Junta de Castilla y León, where they will be welcomed by the company's managers who will be attending the event.

This Iberian ham factory has been combining tradition and innovation for three decades. This year it is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Always based on the family recipe for the production of loins and sausages, it keeps up to date with the latest developments in the sector and, for this reason, Pefrán has an Iberian Laboratory to experiment and meet the new tastes and needs of consumers.

As a result of their professionalism and creativity, after months of experimentation, Pefrán's team of artisans has launched these new Iberian products onto the market, with original nuances but without losing any of the authentic flavour of its sausages made from excellent Iberian pork and cured in the best conditions, thanks to the ideal location of its drying sheds between the Gredos and Béjar mountain ranges.

Pefrán's Iberian Laboratory is an important commitment to innovation and continuous gastronomic evolution, where, as Sergio Hernández, CEO and operations director of the company, points out, "we are passionate about our work, stopping to reflect, to imagine, to create, to experiment and surprise with new recipes, flavours, formats or processes in line with the latest consumer trends". Ángel Hernández, Sales Director, adds that "our customers' interests are also our interests, we like to be close to them, to listen to them. Our clients value our capacity to adapt, so we are available to produce products on demand".

In addition to the Pefrán Innova line, the company has two other ranges: Pefrán Maestro, products made with acorn-fed Iberian pork, and Pefrán Herencia, with fattened Iberian pork.
