Embutidos y Cecinas Los Rejos is located in Cistierna (the gateway to the Picos de Europa mountains of León). Taking advantage of the mountain climate, we make traditional cold meat, cold meat with venison, wild boar and cecina de León.
Our dried beef meat Cecina is made with a large selection of the finest pieces of beef hindquarters, sea salt and time.
Our main characteristic is the absence of smoke in the curing process of all our products.
