INSPECTRA participates again in MEAT ATTRACTION 2023
This year Inndeo & Inspectra, the manufacturer of artificial vision equipment for the automation of quality inspection, will once again be present at this new edition of Meat Attraction.
The winner of last year's Innovation Hub Awards in the Auxiliary Industry category will once again have the award-winning packaging inspection equipment, Thermoseal Inspector, as well as the inspection equipment for sliced products, Slice Inspector.
New this year will be another revolutionary new piece of equipment for the meat industry, Meat AI-Sorter. This is a device for the automatic classification of meat products in crates in real time by Deep Learning. Meat AI-Sorter classifies different product references or categories, allowing the classification process to be automated, reducing the error rate and significantly increasing effectiveness.
In addition to classifying the products, the equipment detects quality defects, as once the product category has been identified, a specific quality inspection algorithm is executed, being able to detect contamination by foreign bodies and defects in the dressing process. Once again, in this edition, Inndeo & Inspectra is presented as a candidate for the Innovation Hub Awards with this equipment.
In addition, on Wednesday 8th March at 12:30h, the Innovation Director, Emilio de la Red, will be present at the Meat Attraction Forum as a speaker in a talk on Technologies for the automation of quality inspection by Artificial Vision.
