Handtmann Iberia, one of the world's leading meat technology companies, is attending Meat Attraction for the first time with the aim of showing its technological innovations, which are characterised by integrated process solutions that enable both the preparation of products, including mincing and mixing with other ingredients, and their processing, portioning, forming, dosing, stuffing, clipping, weighing and packaging.
From the 6th to the 8th of March, Handtmann and Inotec will be presenting new developments in dosing, forming and their new generation of filling machines at Ifema Madrid. They will also take advantage of this important event and the presence of the main companies in the sector in Spain to present some of the products and innovations of the brands Handtmann represents, such as Fessmann in industrial ovens, Velatti in processing machinery and Vaess in ingredients.
Among the new products and solutions, Handtmann announces that it will be presenting its DS 552 dosing system at Meat Attraction. This is a high-performance, valve-free system for the precise and safe dosing of fluid, pasty and viscous product masses, ideal for a variety of products in the meat sector, as well as for other sectors such as bakery and confectionery, dairy and pet food.
The DS 552 doses to the gram in up to 24 lines, offering a continuous process for industrial production in dough band lines, thermoformers or thermosealers.
