EMCESA, ready to present its "Easy Cooking" and "Almost Ready".
Emcesa, the Toledo-based company specialising in the production of meat products, is already immersed in preparations to take its products to the meat industry's main event.
Visitors to stand 4B15 (pavilion 4) will be able to get a closer look at the catalogue of products in the "Cocina fácil" (Easy Cooking) range, the preparation of which takes just 10 minutes in the oven, frying pan or microwave. Dishes such as veal "jardinera", ear in sauce, Iberian black pudding pasta with pine nuts, oxtail in red wine or Galician style knuckle of pork will be on display.
The company will also be at the fair with its "Casi a Punto" (Almost ready) range, which requires 15 minutes of preparation in the oven or microwave and whose products have been prepared over holm oak charcoal embers. The line is sold vacuum-packed in a cardboard box, and includes delicious recipes such as knuckle of pork, hamburgers, leg of lamb, roast chicken, wings and pork ribs, the latter three in whole or half-pork format.
