IFEMA MADRID will once become the meeting point for the bakery, patisserie, ice cream, coffee and equipment industry at InterSICOP, the leading trade fair of its kind in Southern Europe, from 16 to 18 February 2027. InterSICOP is returning, bigger and better than ever, over three exciting days focused on showcasing the latest trends and meeting the expectations and needs of the industry.
The previous edition of InterSICOP - the 14th - held in February 2024, saw record participation, with more than 16,000 trade visitors from over 60 countries and 175 exhibiting companies from 18 nations presenting the latest industry developments, reaffirming the innovative profile of the trade fair.
The contents and all the details of this groundbreaking event, which has been developed as a key meeting point for suppliers, distributors and artisans of the sectors related to this industry in Spain will be announced shortly.
