FITUR “Special Tourism Recovery”, organised by IFEMA, will reunite the sector from the 19th to 23rd May, at Feria de Madrid.

The Maldives will exhibit as a safe destination, of great natural beauty, at FITUR, which will be holding its “Special Tourism Recovery” edition, from the 19th to 23rd May, at Feria de Madrid. The country's stand will show the main attractions of a territory that is also famous for its gastronomy, culture and adventure activities.

The Maldives will highlight at the International Tourism Fair the island-country's idyllic beauty, with its white sandy beaches, geographically distant islands and the island concept of a resort. The screens at its stand will show pictures and videos of unique attractions and experiences. Visitors at the fair will also be able to enjoy interesting virtual experiences of the destination.

A safe haven for travellers

The Maldives will promote the destination by highlighting the natural distancing between islands and the strict safety measures in place to guarantee that the country is a safe haven for travellers. It will also show the Spanish market all of its tourism products, resorts, accommodations and cruises, as well as its gastronomy, culture and adventure activities.
