Request your press accreditation

Requests can be sent until 21 May (inclusive)

The online system is now open to request press accreditation for FITUR 2021 “Strategic edition for tourism recovery”, and can be accessed at the bottom of this page.

The system will present you with a form to fill in and you will need to attach a scanned copy of your press credential or other supporting professional document. In lieu of a credential, you may also submit an article/report that you have published and signed.

If you are a blogger, the accreditation request process is the same, provided that you meet the following four requirements:

  • Your profile must have existed for at least 1 year.
  • You must have more than 6,000 followers.
  • Your channel's theme must be exclusively centred around tourism.
  • Accreditation will only be provided for two people per blog.

Please remember that the form is only for individuals, therefore, in the case of television crews, communications offices and other media sending multiple people to the event, each person will need to fill in a separate form. Any request forms registered with an email address that has previously been used to request a new accreditation will automatically be rejected by the system.

IFEMA MADRID will not send out any press accreditations. Accreditations will be made available for download online once they have been validated by the IFEMA MADRID Press Department. Please, check back on the platform approximately 10 days after submitting your accreditation request.

Due to the health protocols in place for FITUR 2021, the validity of your event access pass for all three days of the professional conference (19th, 20th and 21th May) is contingent on you presenting a negative COVID-19 test result using the testing method specified by the organisation, which will be published on the FITUR website.

Press accreditation will not be provided for sales, advertising or administrative personnel from communications agencies.

Due to capacity limits as a result of COVID-19, we are required to limit the number of accreditations provided for this edition of FITUR. Please, ensure that you organise your teams so that accreditation is only sought for those staff who are essential to cover the event.
