FITUR launches its new website, with new functionalities and an updated look, to make it easier to use for visitors and exhibitors.
Its new design and new content management system (CMS) provide contextualised and personalised online experiences, as well as optimising user participation and interaction across all devices.
FITUR’s new website provides visitors, exhibitors and the general public with all the programmes, news and information they need about the Fair, and its different specialist areas: FITUR FESTIVALES, FITUR CINE, FITUR TALENT, FITUR GAY (LGBT+), FITUR SALUD, FITURTECHY and FITUR KNOW-HOW, and business meetings: FITUR B2B MATCH, FITUR MICE and INVESTOUR, and the FITURNEXT observatory.
In short, this updated online channel will become an indispensable resource for strengthening links between FITUR and its exhibitors and visitors, as it allows all those involved in this relationship to stay connected and improve their communications and experience. It also aims to facilitate effective participation in fairs and events, to encourage more business exchanges and knowledge sharing.
This change comes at a time of digital transformation for IFEMA, which is striving to improve its online presence and to provide a quality online service to meet the changing needs of the more than 3.6 million people who every year attend the fairs, congresses, conventions and other events held in its halls. During the past year, IFEMA reached 20 million web page views across its entire portfolio of events.
Organised by IFEMA, FITUR 2020 will be held from 22nd to 26th January 2020 at Feria de Madrid. This major global meeting point for tourism professionals and world leader in the industry is preparing one of its most complete editions, with this year’s partner country, Korea, and continuing its emphasis on sustainability, technology and specialisation. All this as part of its 40th Anniversary, a special occasion whose celebration will put the finishing touches to a whole series of initiatives already underway and whose objective is to continue the success and progress of FITUR. At its last edition, FITUR brought together 10,400 participating companies with more than 253,000 attendees.
