Welcome to the first FITUR MITM event

An essential event for the worldwide MICE Tourism industry: two intense days of networking to close deals with the right buyers.

As part of its segmentation strategy, FITUR once again shows its commitment to MICE Tourism, a powerful catalyst for the global tourism industry.

This exclusive event for business travel and meetings will take place within FITUR 2019, from 22 to 24 January in hall 9. It will include:

The event is co-organised with GSAR Marketing, a pioneer and leader in MICE Tourism with proven experience; since its first trade fair in 1997, it has organised a total of 49 events in 34 cities across 18 countries.

In recent years MICE tourism has grown and become a key option for the industry, proof of which are the 12,558 conferences of international associations held throughout the world in 2017, according to data from the International Congress and Convention Association, ICCA. The ranking placed Spain in fourth position (564 conferences), after the United States (941), Germany (682) and the United Kingdom (592).
