GANCEDO will present its new ready meals products together with its star dish, the callos a la madrileña (Madrid-style tripe)
José Luis Gancedo, S.L. is a company located in Mercamadrid, in the Central Meat Market, specialists in offal of bovine, ovine and porcine origin, both fresh, frozen and prepared dishes (Fifth Range), prepared in an artisan way in our headquarters in Pol. Ind. P-29 in Collado Villalba (Madrid), where we have obtained the IFS FOOD v.7 high level certification in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
This fair is a great place to showcase and taste our products. As in previous years, at this edition of Meat Attraction we will be presenting our new ready meals products and we will be giving you the chance to try our star dish, which is tripe madrileña style.
We have now incorporated a new range of products such as snout with tomato, entrails and redfish, as well as roast beef cheek in its own juice, beef cheek with Pedro Ximénez, beef cheek with sweet red peppers and pork cheek in curry sauce, which we will also be offering for tasting at the fair. Our dishes are made with products of the highest quality, selected from the origin to the final consumer.
Our main objective is to continue growing in the sector, working every day to constantly improve our facilities and products, prioritising quality to the maximum, developing our R+D+i and integrating the latest technologies. And we hope to continue participating in this fair, a benchmark in the meat sector.
