Barcelona, 26 October 2018. H10 Hotels has been recognized as one of the ten "Most Excellent" hotel chains in the world according to TripAdvisor, in the medium chains category, which includes hotel groups that have between 50 and 500 properties around the world.
H10 Hotels stands in ninth position of the ranking, which takes into account the number of TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence awarded this year. Only two Spanish chains have obtained this recognition in the 2018 ranking. These distinctions are given to accommodations and hotels, as well as other travel businesses, that deliver great service and consistently achieve high traveller reviews on TripAdvisor.

The "Most Excellent" hotel chains are those with the highest percentage of Certificate of Excellence relative to their total number of properties, between small chains (20-50 properties), medium-sized chains (50-500 properties) and large chains (more than 500 properties). To qualify at least one third of each chain's properties must have been awarded a Certificate of Excellence recipients during the most recent Certificate of Excellence period.
Certificate of Excellence recipients were selected using an algorithm that takes into account the quality, quantity, and recency of user reviews, as well as the business' tenure on the site. Recipients must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least twelve months. A business must be listed for the full 12-month qualifying period between April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018 to be considered. Recipients are announced once a year.
In the case of H10 Hotels, a total of 48 establishments have received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2018.
