Practical Training Workshops with Experts at EXPODENTAL SCIENTIFIC CONGRESS

Given by leading companies in the sector, these workshops will offer the opportunity to learn about new technologies and developments. In addition, attendees will participate in practical demonstrations, interacting with professionals in an environment similar to the daily reality of a dental clinic

They will be held in different rooms of IFEMA Madrid’s North Convention Centre. However, capacity is limited, so interested professionals must register in advance.

This first major multidisciplinary event will be held in parallel with the scientific programme at EXPODENTAL SCIENTIFIC CONGRESS. It is organised jointly by IFEMA Madrid and Brand Comunicación and promoted by the Spanish Federation of Healthcare Technology Companies (Fenin). It will take place next 24th, 25th and 26th of June. This will be the opportunity to find out about the latest technological innovations and participate in practical demonstrations in an environment similar to the daily reality of the dental clinic.

The Congress organisers have prepared a busy programme of Workshops by leading companies in the sector, which will offer a space for interaction with experts and information and training on using techniques and tools in different dental environments. These workshops will cover topics including magnification, magnifying glasses and microscopes, computer applications for management and 3D imaging, rotary instrumentation in endodontics, 3D printing, equipment for periodontal hygiene treatment, composites, digital impressions, smile design, aligners, inhalation anxiolytics, regeneration techniques with biomaterials and membranes, and implantology.

Specifically, on Friday, 25th June, there will be two sessions of talks about A New Development In Mandibular Advancement Devices: OrthoApnea NOA, by Ortoplus, and Press Technique and the Importance of 3D Printing in Today’s Laboratory, by Ivoclar. Other sessions will cover Predictable Protocols in Digital Dentistry, in the Sanitas workshop, Resolving Horizontal Bone Atrophies Using a New Implant Technique by Incotrading, Planning and Treating Dental Veneers Using Digitally Guided Preparation at the seminar organised by Phibo, Digital Workflow - Facial Integration in Immediate Bi-maxillary Loading, by Smart Implant Solutions, and Workflow in Digital Orthodontics and Micro-screws, in the Ortoplus workshop.

On Saturday, 26th June, a talk organised by Ortoplus will deal with The Role of Aligners in the Hybrid Technique, and Ivoclar will give a presentation on Fully Digital Treatment Flows for Clinic and Laboratory.

There will also be workshops on Drilling Sequence or Only Markage Drilling by Smart Implant Solutions, The Art of Composite, by Normon, and Light Catalysis in Tooth Whitening by Philips, Digital Splints for Indirect Bracket Cementing: Innovation, Safety and Precision, by Ortoplus, Facially Guided Planning, by Fresdental, Current State Of Prosthodontics and CAD/CAM Under The Influence of Intraoral Scanners, by Phibo, and Diagnosis and Multidisciplinary Treatment With Aligners, also by Ortoplus.
