EXPODENTAL organises its First Scientific Congress to bring the latest technologies to the dental sector

It will be held on 8^th, 9^th, and 10^th April 2021 (Thursday to Saturday) at IFEMA’s North Convention Centre and Hall 9.

The EXPODENTAL Scientific Congress will be the dental sector’s forum for learning and keeping up-to-update about the latest technologies, services, and advances in this innovative industry.

Under the umbrella of the EXPODENTAL brand, backed by IFEMA, Fenin, and with the involvement of Professor Dr Jaime Gil and Dr Nacho Rodriguez, in the chair and vice-chair, respectively, of the Scientific Conference.

To complete the Congress experience, there will be an extensive programme of workshops and practical demonstrations, and a strong business area.

IFEMA and Fenin, the Spanish Federation of Healthcare Technology Companies, have once again combined their strengths to offer companies and professionals in the dental sector a new scientific and training event. It aims to provide learning opportunities and the knowledge that is so important for this highly innovative industry in constant technological progress.

The EXPODENTAL Scientific Congress is organised in partnership with the communications agency Brand Comunicación. It will be held on  8^th, 9^th, and 10^th April next year (Thursday to Saturday) at IFEMA’s North Convention Centre and Hall 9.

The Fair is backed by the EXPODENTAL brand which, with a history of 15 editions, has consolidated itself as a leading trade fair for the sector internationally and the indisputable leader in Spain, IFEMA, Spain’s the largest traded fair operator and one of Europe’s leaders, and Fenin, representing the dental industry. These three partners will ensure an unmissable event for all professionals in the field. These organisations, together with the involvement of Professor Dr Jaime Gil and Dr Nacho Rodriguez as chair and vice-chair of the Scientific Conference, will ensure a programme of first-rate content and leading Spanish speakers.

The Congress will also act as a complement and bridge across the different editions of EXPODENTAL. The Fair is biennial, held in even-numbered years, and is Spain’s leading platform for presenting and marketing the latest innovations and products in the dental industry.

The format of the EXPODENTAL Scientific Congress also includes a strong business exhibition area in Hall 9, which connects directly to the Convention Centre, and where the stands will be located with a uniform layout, together with networking areas, sponsored spaces and much more. Entry to the business area will be free for all trade visitors, without requiring registration for the Congress.

There will also be an engaging programme of workshops and practical demonstrations by leading companies in the fields of periodontics, aesthetics, orthodontics, implantology, imaging, 3D printing, and more.

All this will be under the Health Technology Sector Code of Ethics and at a time of particular importance for dentists, orthodontists, maxillofacial surgeons, laboratory technicians, clinical assistants, and dental hygienists, to learn from experts and leading companies about the advances and solutions that can boost the business of the dental and oral health care sector.

The IFEMA Exhibition Centre is adopting all the protocols based on criteria defined by the health authorities and the main international public and industry bodies to offer spaces that ensure the safety, and health monitoring and preservation for the different groups involved in its fairs, as well as the hygiene, quality and environmental safety of its facilities.
