More than 60 companies will participate in this space, within the framework of FITUR, which will be held from 18 to 22 January 2023 at IFEMA MADRID

Solutions for 100% digitised hotel management, omnichannel communication systems, centralised controls and real-time data integration, intuitive developments for financial reporting, automation of customer registration and operational processes, platforms developed with artificial intelligence, hyper-personalised experiences, and integrated booking engines and software that increase the profitability of the establishment, are just a few of the numerous developments that will be presented.

Improving hotel management, digitalisation, the use of artificial intelligence, personalising the customer experience, and boosting bookings, efficiency and profitability are among the main proposals at FITUR TRAVEL TECHNOLOGY 2023. More than 60 companies will take part in this space, which will bring together the main suppliers of technology and innovative solutions for the next generation of travel, taking place within the framework of FITUR, the International Tourism Trade Fair, organised by IFEMA MADRID, from 18 to 22 January 2023.

Improving hotel management

Improvements in hotel management, omnichannel communication and the most advanced software applications will be present at FITUR TRAVEL TECHNOLOGY. Hotel Data Flow presents We_Love_Data, the solution for 100% digitised integrated hotel management, which generates high-impact information for data-driven decision making. Asksuite provides intelligent omni-channel communication for hotels and resorts, with a platform that offers centralised control of all channels and best-in-class automation (the company has won the international award for Best Hotel Chatbot for three consecutive years). While Duetto enables revenue teams to deploy and scale cost-effective strategies through real-time data integration.

Digital management in Hotelkit makes it possible to carry out daily tasks in a structured way (shift changes at reception, daily routine checklists, nightly security rounds, breakfast buffet arrangements, etc.). Octorate offers an all-in-one software for Hotels, B&Bs and flats that enhances and automates all accommodation-related processes in an intuitive way. Hotelgest will unveil an autonomous and personalised system on any device, anytime, anywhere. And Fairmas provides an intuitive solution for financial reporting and control, showing the most relevant KPIs to maximise profits. 

Digitalisation and artificial intelligence

Digitalisation, artificial intelligence and advances in customer registration bring great advantages for both hotels and customers, as can be seen at FITUR TRAVEL TECHNOLOGY. Delta Informatica presents all the novelties in digitisation and people registration software at the fair. Eisi Soft helps to digitalise and manage operational, technical-legal, hygienic-sanitary and environmental processes that must be carried out in facilities and various kinds of assets. And Roommatik offers self check-in solutions and products tailored to the needs of each establishment. With more than 50 PMS integrations and leading brands of electronic locks, its check-in kiosks help streamline guest check-in and increase hotel profitability.

Briguest offers a digital communication platform developed with artificial intelligence that allows guests to communicate with the hotel at all times. And The Hotels Network provides analytics tools that make it easier for hotel brands to attract and connect with guests. 

Efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Efficiency in the operation and profitability of the business are key elements in hotel development, as will also be seen at FITUR TRAVEL TECHNOLOGY. Niikiis presents a human resources software that not only improves operational efficiency, reducing time and costs in manual and repetitive tasks, but also increases employee loyalty.
