Within the framework of FITUR 2026, H10 Hotels presented its new end-of-year 2025 developments, with openings in France, Portugal and Mexico, as well as its new projects for this year with the relaunch of its Loyalty Programme, which will be renamed H10 Rewards.

In 2025, H10 Hotels added two new establishments to its urban luxury hotel division, The One by H10 Hotels, thus expanding its presence in major European capitals such as Paris and Porto.

In May 2025, the chain added The One Alma Paris, an exclusive 5-star, 40-room hotel located in the French capital's prestigious 7th arrondissement, just minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Housed in an elegant Parisian-style building, the hotel features a sophisticated interior that combines fine materials, Art Deco pieces and a carefully selected private collection of contemporary art. One of the most attractive areas of the establishment is Le Sommet Rooftop Lounge, a panoramic space located on the seventh floor, fully glazed and with magnificent views of the rooftops of Paris and the top of the Eiffel Tower.

In the same line of European expansion, in November 2025 H10 Hotels added The One Monumental Palace to its portfolio, a 5-star hotel with 76 rooms located in the historic centre of Oporto. The establishment is housed in a 1923 neoclassical building on the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, the former home of the famous Café Monumental. The hotel is positioned as a benchmark of luxury in the city, housing a bar and three restaurants, one of them, the restaurant Le Monument, awarded with one prestigious Michelin Star and two Repsol Suns. The magnificent Le Grand Bleu wellness centre and three event rooms complete the range of services on offer.

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres

In December 2025, the chain opened a new 5-star, newly built resort in the exclusive area of Costa Mujeres, some 19 kilometres from Cancun. This is the first resort in the new collection of premium establishments aimed at the adult public: Ocean Allure Caribbean Resorts. The resort is located on the seafront and is set in a natural environment of mangroves, tropical rainforest and a white sand beach with crystal-clear waters. Its architecture, with low white buildings, gives prominence to the idyllic surroundings where it is located.

With this opening, the chain reinforces its presence in the premium hotel segment in the Caribbean, where it already has four resorts in Mexico, two in the Dominican Republic and two in Jamaica.

New loyalty programme

H10 Hotels will soon be launching H10 Rewards, the evolution of its loyalty programme that replaces the current Club H10. The new programme aims to elevate the customer experience to a higher level without losing its original essence. It will be incorporating new categories, with exclusive benefits that recognise member loyalty; more points for each booking, which translate into greater discounts as the customer travels; and preferential access to unique promotions and benefits designed for programme members. In addition, H10 Rewards is launching a new visual identity and a new website with an updated, exclusive and differentiated brand image.
