Cordoba’s Stand Became One of the Most Popular Photo Opportunities

Cordoba’s Municipal Tourism Institute (IMTUR) expresses its satisfaction with its participation at FITUR 2021, according to its Manager, Remedios Molina Gómez. “We’ve held ninety-two meetings, our businesses have closed deals with various operators, and we’ve made a series of presentations: Cordoba: Smart City Smart Destination, Palomo Spain Project, Cordoba Is a Jewel, and Nature Destination”. In addition, “we welcomed many visitors at our stand, which was very popular for photographs and its Cordovan courtyard became an outstanding spot for photos”.

Remedios Molina Gómez is Manager of Cordoba’s Municipal Tourism Institute. She affirms that “we received numerous visits to our stand, and lots of visitors took photographs as we transported a Cordovan patio to the fair, and it became one of the most popular photo spots.”

Among the personalities who visited the stand were the Minister of Agriculture, Luis Planas, Mozambique’s Tourism Minister, Eldevina Matarula, accompanied by the Ambassador of Mozambique in Spain, the President of the Popular Party (PP), Pablo Casado, and the President of the Ciudadanos party, Inés Arrimadas, as well as other celebrities including Palomo Spain and Fernando Romay.

Molina explains that the Cordoba stand was also visited by numerous television stations, such as Telecinco, Antena 3, Telemadrid and Canal Sur. She adds that “we are very satisfied, considering all the restrictions we had at that time.”
