Carlos Sáez: Drimer AI achieved excellent results at FITUR

Carlos Sáez Alfonsea, CEO of Drimer AI, describes the results of the company's participation in FITUR 2026 as "excellent", "both in terms of quality and the number of contacts made".

At the firm’s stand, one of the pioneers of Artificial Intelligence applied to travel, more than 150 meetings were held, as well as an important event with afterwork included.

Carlos Sáez Alfonsea points out that Drimer AI is one of the pioneering companies in Artificial Intelligence applied to travel, and adds that "we are trying to bring this knowledge to travel agencies". With this objective in mind, the company's managers held more than 150 business meetings at its stand at FITUR 2026 over the days of the trade fair organised by IFEMA MADRID.

Sáez stresses the importance of Drimer AI's participation in the International Tourism Trade Fair. "We believe it is a great promotional event, which increases brand awareness, which help us generate business and, above all, find new partners for the future".

Strengthening the client portfolio

Drimer AI is aimed at different types of customers. On the one hand, it’s an Artificial Intelligence and Digitalisation solution that allows travel agencies to have 100% control of all their processes in a single place: create a trip with all its fares without dispersion, personalise and present the offer to their customers, and even process online payments. On the other hand, it enables the mass digitisation of contracts for bedbanks and tour operators, and makes it possible to significantly reduce working time.

As for consultative selling OTAs, they are able to respond faster to their potential customers, increase productivity, conversion and user satisfaction. While for content creators, Drimer helps them build their travel business, minimising their costs and multiplying their revenues.
