REGISTRATION DESKS AND OPENING HOURS

  • 21 January and 22 January: from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Registration desk at the left side. South Entrance.
  • 23 January to 25 January: from 9:00 a.m. to a 7:00 pm. North Entrance and South Entrance.
  • 26 January: from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. North Entrance and South Entrance.
  • 27 January: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. North Entrance and South Entrance.
  • If you sign up for the Trade Meeting Point on or before 1 November you will receive by email the indications to get your Trade Visitor Direct  Access Pass for one day as of mid November.
  • If you do not wish to join the Trade Meeting Point, you can gain access to the payment gateway via your registration application with your user name and password as of 2 November. Once you have made the payment you will receive your badge, which will be automatically sent to your e-mail.
  • If you do not wish to pay for your visit in advance, you may pay your ticket at the accreditation desks at the North Entrance and South Entrance at the fairground.

On 23, 24 and 25 January, visitors who wish to enter the venue must provide proof that they are tourism industry professionals by showing an identity card/passport and a business card or document from their company. If proof cannot be provided, access to the venue will not be permitted during trade days.
TRADE REGISTRATION

  • Register at any of the 2 visitor registration points (North Entrance and South entrance)
  • If you are registered, please do not forget to bring your registration receipt.
  • Keep your accreditation documents handy (visitor card or document providing accreditation of your status as a tourist industry professional) when registering for the exhibition. Minors under the age of 16 are requested not to attend the exhibition on the first three days which are exclusively for trade visitors.  
  • At the registration desk, you may pay a one day pass or a permanent pass. You will get your trade visitor pass to gain access to the trade fair.
