AEBioS is a non-profit association founded in 2011 that aims to bring together professionals from different public and private sectors related to biosafety and biocontainment and to offer support to its members. In this way, an attempt is made to expand knowledge and exchange experiences and concerns, a need that has become apparent in recent years.
Among the activities the association develops are support for research, dissemination and exchange of scientific and technical information, training and collaboration with other related associations.
The Association of Personal Protection Equipment Companies (ASEPAL) brings together more than a hundred PPE manufacturing and distribution companies and represents 90% of the sector. The main objective of the association, which was born in 1989 with the appearance of the first legislation relating to the commercialization of PPE, is to promote and support the development of standards and legal provisions aimed at guaranteeing occupational safety.
