Anuga Select Ibérica: the major food event in the Iberian Peninsula

From 16 to 18 February 2027, Anuga Select Ibérica will be held, the generalist food fair that combines the strength and prestige of the Anuga brand to create a unique platform for international business and networking in four halls at IFEMA MADRID.

A central platform for the sector

Both formats merge under the brand Anuga Select Ibérica. The new format aims to create a central platform for the sector in Spain that optimally meets the continuously growing market of the Iberian Peninsula, combining local needs with international reach. In addition, the current range of products and services will be expanded to include new segments of the food and beverage industry, in line with the established concept of the Anuga trade fair (Cologne), in order to attract new target groups.

With the focus on Spain and Portugal as key growth drivers, Anuga Select Ibérica is sending a strong message to the region. Thanks to its geographical location, Madrid will play a key role in trade between Europe, Latin America, and North Africa. Anuga Select Ibérica aims to fully leverage the potential of the Iberian market while building bridges with Latin American export markets.
