Welcome to the FITUR 2020 Press Accreditation Application Service .
This service enables you to register as a blogger specialising in tourism/travel to attend FITUR 2020.
You have to provide the following information, which will be evaluated by the IFEMA Communications Department. If your application is accepted, in a few days you will receive a reply by e-mail with your press accreditation.
When you register, remember not to give an email address that’s already been used by another member of your media team as the system automatically eliminates duplicates.

Bloggers who meet the following requirements may apply for accreditation:

All applications that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.
Processing of this application does not imply confirmation of automatic accreditation. Applications must be validated; if yours doesn’t meet the validation requirements you will be notified.

The organisers reserve the right to revoke an application even if it has already been approved if the user publishes or shares any content the organisers deem to be offensive, abusive, inappropriate or offensive to any person, organisation or group. Likewise, the organisers reserve the right to revoke any request if the user shares or publishes illegal content or promotes a fraudulent use of leisure or cultural content. The organisers reserve the right to modify the conditions and requirements for accreditation applications.

The deadline for the online processing of the application is 17th January 2020.

HOW DO I REGISTER TO APPLY FOR PRESS ACCREDITATION?

You need to access the Blogger Registration Form and identify yourself.  
Once you have an active username and password you will be able to access the form where you can provide your professional registration data.

WHAT ARE MY ACTIVE USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR AND HOW DO I GET THEM?

The active username and password allow you to apply for press accreditation online at different IFEMA trade fairs.

I’M ALREADY REGISTERED, AND I WANT TO CHANGE MY INFORMATION. HOW CAN I DO IT?

If you need to update your professional information, go to the Fair’s registration page and enter your username. There is a form with which you can update your information.

DOES THE ACCREDITATION ALLOW ME ACCESS ONLY ONE SPECIFIC DAY OR ALL OF THEM?

All approved accreditations allow free access every day of the event to enable you to cover all the activities or those that interest you most.

CAN I LEND MY ACCREDITATION TO SOMEONE ELSE?

No, accreditations are personal and non-transferable.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?

We will contact you by email as soon as we have evaluated your application. We have a large number of requests to manage and evaluate so we’ll probably take a while to respond, so please be patient.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY ACCREDITATION?

If your request is accepted, a few days before the Fair you will receive an email with the accreditation in digital format together with the FITUR passport which you can print to get entry access to the Fair.

CAN I APPLY FOR ACCREDITATIONS FOR MY COLLEAGUES?

No, each member of your organisation must register individually.

CAN I APPLY  AFTER THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS?

The deadline for online accreditation applications is 17th January 2020 at 20:00. Once the deadline has passed you can no longer request accreditation.
