  • 15th January and 16th January: from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Registration desk at the left side. South entrance.
  • 17th January to 19th January: from 9:00 a.m. to a 6:30 pm. North Entrance and South entrance.
  • 20th January: from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. North Entrance and South Entrance.
  • 21st January: from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. North Entrance and South Entrance.

If you sign up for the Trade Meeting Point on or before 1st November you will receive by email the indications to get your Trade Visitor Direct  Access Pass for one day as of 13th November.

If you do not wish to join the Trade Meeting-Point, you can gain access to the payment gateway via your registration application with your user name and password as of 2nd November. Following payment of the entry price you will receive your Badge, which will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.

If you do not wish to pay for your visit in advance, please go to the accreditation desks at the NORTH GATE (PUERTA NORTE) and SOUTH GATE (PUERTA SUR) at the fairground.

Given the professional scope of the exhibition during the first three days you must be accedited as a professional of the tourism industry (ID/Passport and business card or document certifying your Company). If this documentation is not shown, entry to the fairground will not be allowed on trade participant days. Minors under the age of 16 are requested not to attend the exhibition during this period.

At the registration desk, ask whether you would like a 1 Day Pass or a 5 Day Pass, paying the corresponding amount. You will then be furnished with your Trade Visitor Pass in order to gain access to the fair.


  • Register at any of the 2 visitor registration points (North Entrance and South entrance)
  • If you registered, please do not forget to bring your registration receipt.
  • Keep your accreditation documents handy (visitor card or document providing accreditation of your status as a tourist industry professional) when registering for the Exhibition.
  • When registering for the Trade Fair you must choose between 1 Day Pass and a 5 Day Pass which can be used for the entire duration of the Trade Fair.
  • Minors under the age of 16 are requested not to attend the exhibition on the first three days which are exclusively for trade visitors.
Catering Areas The Feria de Madrid hospitality offering meets every need, boasting a large number of cafeterias, self-service restaurants, buffets, terraces, new hospitality spaces spread out along La Avenida and inside the halls. Food court located at La Avenida between halls 5 and 6.
Medical Service Located in the first floor between the Halls 7 and 9. Access through La Avenida Area.
