INTERPORC and white layer pigs will again have a leading role in Meat Attraction 2023, thanks to a stand that for three days will be the home of all professionals in the sector and will show, with various activities, the seven bases that make up the DNA of the sector.
The stand of The Organisation Interprofesional Agroalimentaria of the Pork of White Layer, (INTERPORC), Hall 4, 4C05, in Meat Attraction, which is always one of the most dynamic of the fair in terms of activities organized and visitors it receives, will organize, once again, multiple actions to show professionals from all corners of the world the arguments that have made the Spanish pig in a case of success and international study.
Conferences by experts, the now traditional scientific symposium, product demonstrations by renowned professionals and young people from cooking schools, visits by Spanish authorities and international delegations, competitions... An endless number of activities that will last for three days with two fundamental objectives.
First, to welcome and surprise all those who come to learn about the reality of the Spanish white layer pork sector.
Second, to demonstrate through scientific evidence, technical data, official figures and product tastings that the DNA of the sector, which has been patiently built up over the years, is based on the important achievements made in seven basic pillars: animal welfare, rural development, innovation, internationalization, professionalization, food safety and sustainability.
A DNA that has led us to be the second largest exporter in the world; to have the most demanding product quality, animal welfare and food safety standards in the world; and to have our prestige intimately associated with the guarantee of working with companies that generate total confidence in their commercial transactions.
