Organised by IFEMA MADRID and KOELNMESSE, Anuga Select Ibérica is a new trade fair format that will hold its first edition from 16 to 18 February 2027 in Madrid.
Anuga Select Ibérica aims to become the leading showcase for the Iberian food market and to establish key connections between Europe, Latin America and North Africa.
