Since our first label was launched on June 3, 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, we have been able to grow through this type of fairs, which are very interesting for the brand. We have to take into account that our product is more than 1,000 years old and that the producers themselves have known how to position it. There is a great work done before and now we must tell the world that the Morcilla de Burgos is endorsed by a PGI.

Many chefs and distributors will come to our stand to be interested in our Morcilla de Burgos PGI. This is what gives us the Protected Geographical Indication.
