Montesano Extremadura, with its plant located in Jerez de los Caballeros (Badajoz), is located in the heart of the Iberian pig production in the middle of the Extremadura pasture, where it has more than 16,000 ha. of land for pig breeding in freedom.

Under the strict canons of the Designation of Origin of the Dehesa de Extremadura and the brand's own, which takes care to the smallest detail in all its products, will show at Meat Attraction its product range of hams, loins, loins, sausages and chorizos from 100% Iberian breed pigs raised in the pasture of Extremadura, where they feed on acorns and aromatic herbs, which makes this a unique product.

Montesano, founded in the Canary Islands in 1965 by Martín García from Salamanca, opened in 1996 its facilities in Jerez de los Caballeros dedicated to the production of Iberian pork. These modern facilities include an R+D+i center for the genetic selection and reproduction of the pig from a 100% Iberian trunk and care for its breeding and care in the spectacular fields of the Extremadura pastureland.

The Montesano meat complex in Extremadura is equipped with the latest technology for the production, curing and refining of more than 400,000 pieces of 100% acorn-fed Iberian hams, loins, loins, morcones and sausages, and also has a team of master cutters with which it provides a complete service to its customers.
