Innovation Hub and Innovation Hub Awards, the Rand D space at Meat Attraction
Meat Attraction, held at IFEMA MADRID from March 8 to 10, presents the Innovation Hub area, a space that will bring together the latest and best products or services from exhibitors participating in the International Meat Sector Trade Fair.
Once again, this year, the Innovation Hub area has become a great opportunity to promote and give maximum visibility to Meat Attraction's star products, and to show the international meat industry as a whole that innovation is one of the pillars of a modern industry, adapted to new consumer profiles.
On this occasion, a total of 18 companies* presented their most cutting-edge products and services, which will form part of the permanent exhibition during the three days of the fair.
These products from the Innovation Hub area can present their product to the Innovation Hub Awards, which recognize and highlight the R and D efforts of the sector, and of each company. In its second edition, the jury will take into consideration the criteria of innovation, sustainability and applied technology. To be eligible for the award, the finalists selected in the meat industry and auxiliary industry categories will have to defend their candidacy live at the fair's "Innova Forum" on March 10. After the jury's deliberation, the awards will be announced and presented to the media and other attendees.
Meat Attraction is co-organized by IFEMA MADRID and its strategic partner for this sector, the National Association of Meat Industries of Spain, ANICE, and has the support of all the interprofessional organizations of the livestock-meat chain, INTERPORC, PROVACUNO, INTEROVIC, INTERCUN, ASICI and AVIANZA, in addition to the most representative sectoral associations, such as ANAFRIC and AGEMCEX.
