IBÉRICOS TORREÓN presents its Iberian products at Meat Attraction 2022
Ibéricos Torreón Salamanca is a family company with a long experience in the production of Iberian pork products and with an important trajectory in internationalisation.
Its facilities integrate in the same location the cutting room, sausage factory, ham drying room, cold store and boning and white or slicing rooms, which allows a strict control of the production and quality of the products.
With great dedication and care in the selection of the Iberian pigs from the south of Spain (Extremadura and Andalusia), they achieve an excellent regularity in their pieces and a valued capacity of adaptation for the client.
Acorn-fed and free-range hams, sausages in different formats and selected meats are included in its catalogue of products to serve the hotel and catering channel, charcuterie and specialised shops.
It also has a demanding quality department, with which it manages the IFS Food and the Ibérico Standard, among other certifications.
