Acorn-fed and free-range hams, sausages in different formats and selected meats are included in its catalogue of products to serve the hotel and catering channel, charcuterie and specialised shops.
It also has a demanding quality department, with which it manages the IFS Food and the Ibérico Standard, among other certifications.
