FOSS to present analytical innovations for the meat industry at Meat Attraction

Since 1956 FOSS has been working year after year to make food companies more sustainable, helping to quickly and reliably understand both raw materials and to make processing and manufacturing processes more efficient.

In the meat industry, FOSS has been setting working and quality standards for years, and FoodScan and MeatMaster are solutions that are implemented in more than 3,000 meat companies worldwide, being recognized as benchmarks.

At the next edition of Meat Attraction, the company will present a new tool that will help to complete the circular economy found in slaughterhouses and cutting plants, making it possible to obtain greater income thanks to optimum management.

At the same time, it will show the new applications of NIR FoodScan analyzers for the meat and plant-based industries, two sectors that increasingly coexist, not only on the shelf but also within the same production plant.

On the other hand, the MeatMaster 2 X-ray fat analyzer will present its new developments for measuring fat in fresh and frozen meat in different cuts of meat; a revolution that is making it possible to optimize everything from slicing yield to the degree of injection, minimizing wastage and increasing the profits of this type of product.

As in all previous editions, FOSS continues to be committed to Meat Attraction as a meeting point for the meat industry, where cutting plants, processors and manufacturers share new developments to improve the competitiveness of the sector.

In this edition, FOSS will be present at Stand 4D2, located to the right of the entrance to Hall 4, where its business specialists will answer all visitors' questions.
