During Meat Attraction, Foss will be making the FoodScan2 analyzer available to all visitors, so that anyone who comes to Stand 4D02 will be able to find out the concentration of fat, protein, moisture,... of your meat and meat products in less than 30 seconds.

For this edition of Meat Attraction, Foss wants to actively involve all visitors.

In order to achieve this objective, we have made our analytical solutions available to all visitors to our Stand 4D02, allowing them to obtain the analytical results of their meat and meat product samples in just a few seconds. Anyone who comes to Stand 4D02 will be able to use the second generation of FoodScan analyzers to evaluate the meat and meat products they bring with them. In less than 30 seconds you will know the content of fat, protein, moisture, salt, sodium, color,... obtaining very important information for your daily production, and that many laboratories take days to deliver.
