SUCARN brings to Meat Attraction the best pieces of Simmental in its selection of premium meats.

La compañía especializada en la comercialización a mayoristas de productos cárnicos y derivados, Sucarn, estará presente en el Salón Meat Attraction 2022. Sucarn volverá a sorprender en su tercera participación en este salón con la calidad y novedad de sus productos. A sus carnes de vacuno de alta gama y maduradas se suma en esta edición la mejor Simmental certificada. Un producto meatlover que está llamado a convertirse en una carne de moda en restauración. Sucarn, con una larga trayectoria como especialistas en ofrecer las mejores carnes del mundo, refuerza su marca “Gustas” en carnes prémium.

Sucarn is excited to return to Meat Attraction. Among the novel proposals, its selection of 100% certified Simmental stands out. As its commercial director, Juan Manuel Martínez, explains, "the Simmental meat we offer has the perfect combination: very high quality, infiltration and optimum yield. In addition, it is an ideal meat for maturation".

Under the "Gustas" brand, Sucarn will present its high-end beef. The brand includes the best origins and pieces of Black Angus, Wagyu and Simmental.  "Gustas" also offers a selection of matured meats, among the best on the Spanish market. For Sucarn, the key to the success of its dry aged meats lies in the fact that they are highly infiltrated meats, coming from animals that live in excellent conditions, and the control during maturation.  Sucarn director Carles Juvanteny explains that "we will present our range of Simmental products, the high quality "Gustas" range, our matured meats, and our entire catalog of world meats (Angus USA, Japanese Wagyu, cuts from South America, etc.) We will also present our 5th range products, such as the famous German-style knuckle, Texas rib, etc."

Sucarn distributes throughout Spain and specializes in select imported beef, sheep and goat meats.
