InterSICOP exhibitor Aromitalia has announced interesting new products for 2020. Our favourite is the 43% white chocolate, to which you can add hot water to make an extraordinarily creamy white chocolate ice cream with hints of milk and vanilla.
But that's not the only new launch. In the paste category, the company is presenting a pecan paste. Originating in North America, pecans are rich in antioxidant properties and have an almost buttery flavour, slightly sweeter and more aromatic than walnuts.
And for Renaissance lovers, a reinterpretation of crema Fiorentina, created by the Florentine artist Bernardo Buontalenti during a banquet to celebrate the completion of the Belvedere Fortress. An ice cream based on milk, cream, egg yolk and honey.
