InterSICOP - the International Bakery, Patisserie, Ice Cream, Coffee and Equipment Show organised by IFEMA Madrid - hosted the fourth edition of the National Student Pastry Chef Championship on 19 and 20 February.

Organised by the Spanish Confederation of Pastry Artisan Entrepreneurs (CEEAP), it is a competition that seeks to promote quality training and, therefore, to bet on the future of this trade.

Seven contenders, several prizes
