Eric Ortuño, co-owner of L'Atelier Barcelona, is a specialist in tea pastry, having won the Dulcypas award twice. He has also recently published his first book Break!, dedicated to tea pastries and all those specialities that are perfect to enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea at that time of the day when we take a break.
As part of InterSICOP LIVEConnect, the pastry chef gave a masterclass where he analysed and prepared step by step his award-winning Reus (Best Tea Pastry in Spain 2020).
