Registration is now open to participate as an exhibitor in InterSICOP21, International Bakery, Pastry, Ice Cream, Coffee and Equipment Show, to be held from the 20 to 23 February 2021 at IFEMA. Companies can find the necessary information on the website www.intersicop.es to register and to benefit from all of the business opportunities offered at InterSICOP21. The deadline to access the first priority assignment of floorspace is the 18 September.
A powerful business instrument
Its growth over the last two editions has turned InterSICOP into a powerful sales instrument, in alignment with the transformation and evolution required by the bakery, pastry, ice cream and coffee sectors. In 2021, under the motto Hand in hand with innovation, the Trade Fair will strengthen its international character and aims to become the benchmark business event, with Mexico as guest country.
Markets, Health and Nutrition, Quality, Specialisation and professionalisation, Innovation and Sustainability will be the six key themes for the upcoming edition of InterSICOP, which is positioning itself as a tool for promotion and a showcase for new market trends.
The forecasts are quite positive. The organisation estimates that InterSICOP will bring together, over four days, more than 300 exhibitor companies and 30,000 trade participants from the bakery and pastry industries, as well as ice cream parlours, baristas and coffee shops, wholesalers and retailers, hospitality, restaurants and food-service, retail and supermarkets, food industry, etc. from 70 countries.
Equipment will play a major role
In order to promote and accelerate sales processes and equipment renewal, as well as to provide higher efficiency and competitiveness in the production and manufacturing processes, InterSICOP21 will grant a special place for the machinery, equipment and technology area, under the TECSICOP brand.
With the idea of guaranteeing maximum return on investment for each participating business, the Trade Fair will provide resources in areas for the running of activities that are complementary to the purely exhibition section, an international guest programme for clients or potential clients chosen by the exhibitor, with travel and/or accommodation included; B2B meetings with major international procurement officers; an Innovation HUB; an area for demonstrations, etc.
Marketing, innovation, knowledge and sector commitment
Four essential working themes that are quite interesting from the exhibitor company point of view will be the guideline for InterSICOP 2021.
- Marketing. InterSICOP wishes to help companies to sell, by guaranteeing a meeting of offer and demand, by generating brand value, and by establishing new national and international contacts.
- Innovation. InterSICOP aims to promote and provide the highest visibility for the participating companies’ R+D+i.
- Knowledge. Trade visitors will be able to live and enjoy unique experiences through knowledge, by participating in conferences, congresses, demonstrations and competitions.
- Industry commitment to the goals of sustainable development, both in production of the event and in its content themes: Women at SICOP, Rural SICOP...
