For home delivery, the historic Italian company recommends, first of all, deciding who will make the delivery (yourself, specialist platforms or a combination of the two). Next, design a digital menu that is regularly updated, indicate clear rules (geographical delimitation, time slots, preparation and delivery methods), organise the route so that waiting times are short, and the customer is kept satisfied, set up a different mechanism for ice creams and gift cakes with a greeting card included, and preferably take payment online and in advance.
