Premium Chef: premium vanilla and supreme vanillas

At InterSICOP 2022, Premium Chef will showcase exceptional vanilla beans from Mexico, selected in the Veracruz region, of the Planifolia variety and with a particular aromatic profile, with powerful notes and red fruits (cherry). In addition, to the delight of the most demanding chefs, they lend themselves to all kinds of pastry applications.

Another product to be seen on the stand are the Suprêmes de Vanille, whole vanilla pods, selected and prepared one by one to enhance their original aromatic power. Ready to be incorporated directly into preparations, they contain the typical perfumes of different origins: Madagascar Bourbon, Tahiti and Mexico.
