PreGel, Italian flavoured ingredients for ice cream

From its facilities in Coslada (Madrid), PreGel’s Spanish subsidiary sells its products to ice cream parlours, yoghurt parlours, restaurants, coffee shops, patisseries, hotels, leisure centres and establishments of various types.

The Italian company PreGel, an exhibitor at InterSICOP, develops, manufactures and distributes high-quality ingredients, toppings and fillings, including flavourings, powders and pastes that can be used for artisanal ice cream, frozen yoghurt, pastries and other specialities and desserts. 

In the ice cream parlour category we find such enticing products as Pesto Almendra, a ground almond paste that gives ice cream a slightly grainy texture; YogurtSprint Lactose Free, a base enriched with dairy ferments for yoghurt lovers who are lactose intolerant, and Fondente Sierra Negra Sprint, chocolate from the Lucio line made with cocoa obtained from Ecuadorian plantations, with a note of hazelnut and light coffee, vanilla and spice aromas.
