

Pépite de la Boulangerie for Breizh'N'Roll from Bridor
This recipe, inspired by the Kouign Amann, has been recognised at the first edition of a contest organised by Honoré Le Mag magazine and the FEB.
Bridor, an Intersicop exhibitor, has received the Pépite de la Boulangerie 2020, in the category of cakes and desserts, for its Breizh'n'Roll. A recipe inspired by the traditional Breton Kouign Amann cake, made from croissant dough, butter and sugar. with a soft and crispy texture.
The aim of the Pépites de la Boulangerie contest, organized by Honoré Le Mag magazine and the Federation of Bakery Companies (FEB), is to promote innovative products, equipment and concepts in baking and patisserie.
