Corman, an exhibitor at INTERSICOP, has just launched a lightly caramelized thin format Noisette butter with 82% fat content. A product that, thanks to its subtle notes of toasted hazelnuts, will make a difference in any sweet food.

Drawing inspiration from techniques employed by chefs, the company uses a cooking process to brown the butter in optimal conditions, without the risk of burning it. A recipe with no added flavours or additives that is very easy to use and brings out the qualities of sweet and savoury puff pastry.
