

Merand: technology to optimize bread production

The new automatic divider-former Atoupains Cycl'Auto® will be one of the protagonists of the Merand stand at InterSICOP 2022. This equipment enables the rapid production of attractive, well-rounded baguettes with no irregularities on the sides thanks to the AlvéoForm® system.
The French company Merand is also exhibiting at the show with the patented AutoTrad® system to produce 10 baguettes in less than 10 seconds by simply closing the lid of the Merand Stradivario divider-former. The divider is available with two AlvéoForm® trays for easy replacement of a damaged tray or for alternate use.
