Mario Masiá presents his book “Más” in Mexico
The ice cream maker presents his book, which revolves around toppings, at FIHE.
Mario Masiá, one of the most prominent ice cream makers on the national scene and vice president of Anhcea, has travelled to Mexico to publicise Más, his first book, at the 16th International Ice Cream Fair (FIHE ), which took place on 20, 21 and 22 February
The book, published by Grupo Vilbo and presented at InterSICOP 2019, covers toppings from an artisanal and creative perspective. Structured into four major chapters (solid chocolate, fruit and derivatives, marbling and garnishes) and featuring a hundred recipes, it shows that toppings are an essential companion to ice cream, not only as a commercial hook, but also as an element that provides a much more attractive and complex tasting experience.
